*Note - This year we are marketing to the general public that Trunk or Treat will last from 6:00-7:30pm. However, plan to be there until 8:15pm.

FAQ's

Volunteer Parking
  • Parking will be on the east and north side of the church as notated on the map above. We ask that you park in the east spaces near the office first then park in the north parking. (if you are using your trunk you will park in the designated trunk parking.)
What time should I arrive?
  • Different teams might have different times to arrive. Everyone should be there no later than 5:30. (You may arrive as early as 4:00 to help set up)

Will there be bathrooms?
  • Volunteer bathrooms will be in the gym.
  • Guest Baptisms TBD

How many more trunks/candy do we need?
  • 9 Trunks & 50 Bags of Candy

Things to Know:
  • Make sure to be there by 5:00 at the latest (Unless you can come early to help set up décor)
  • Be flexible to move around as the night goes on
  • Keep a positive attitude and a joyful spirit no matter what happens. 😀 God has blessed us with an amazing opportunity to show our community how much God loves them!

TRUNK TEAM

Thank you for joining our Trunk Team!!

Things to Know:
  • YOU MUST ARRIVE NO LATER THAN 5:30 
    • You canbe there as early as 4:00 to start setting up your trunk (Must be completed by 6:00)
  • You will enter from the main Trunk or Treat entrance on the south. There will be someone there to meet you in an orange vest and tell you where your designated spot is.
  • No scary trunks (No Goblins, ghosts, demons, or other evil pictures)
  • Keep games to a minimum. Make sure that your game takes no longer than 15 sec to play. Remember that every one of the 700+ kids that are coming will want to play the game (maybe even twice 😂)
  • Keep a positive attitude and a joyful spirit no matter what happens. 😀 God has blessed us with an amazing opportunity to show our community how much God loves them!
  • Trunk Competition
    • Judged on Creativity, Resourcefulness, and Ingenuity.
    • Trunks who want to be judged will need to be finished by 6:00
    • There will be a 1st 2nd and 3rd place prize (Trophy and Giftcard)
