We believe that serving God and others is central to what it means to follow Christ. It’s also one of the best ways to connect with others at FBFIRST while serving side-by-side for a common goal.

Serve Team

The Serve Team is a group of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. From creating a comfortable environment by serving on one of our Hospitality Ministry Teams, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving on one of our Family Ministries Teams, to crafting a dynamic worship experience by serving on one of our Music Ministries Teams or our Media Ministry Team, to tearing down barriers across our community by serving on one of our Outreach Ministry Teams—together we are a group that serve to advance the Kingdom of God.

Family Ministries

  • FBKIDS
    Create an environment where children can experience the life-giving message of Jesus. At the same time, we strive to encourage, empower, and equip future leaders for the cause of Christ.

Adult Ministries

  • GROWTH TRACK TEAM
    Facilitate further spiritual growth during Growth Track events by coordinating / hosting Growth Track classes.
  • GROUPS MINISTRY
    As a Small Group Leader, you have the greatest opportunity to connect with others, fulfill your passions, develop your gifts and live out the Great Commission.

Hospitality Ministry

  • GREETERS
    This friendly team loves people and makes them feel at home here at FBFirst. They welcome guests with a smile, encouragement and personal touch so that hearts are open to the Gospel message.
  • COFFEE BAR
    This energetic team serves by providing a hot cup of coffee and connecting with guests through a warm conversation and an authentic welcome.
  • PARKING TEAM
    This fun and enjoyable team is truly the first impression of FBFirst! If you relish the great outdoors, look good in a bright vest, and enjoy telling people where to go, this is the team for you!

Media Ministry

  • AUDIO / VIDEO TEAM
    Provide each worship experience with quality production so guests can encounter God.

Music Ministries

  • WORSHIP TEAM
    With vocals or instruments, this dynamic team serves to prepare the way for our guests to encounter the presence of the Living God.
  • ADULT CHOIR
    If you enjoying singing, we invite you to join us. Come be a part of our choir family and let's make a joyful noise to our Lord together!
  • A FEW GOOD MEN
    A great opportunity for men who love to sing harmony/melody parts in a small group.

Safety Ministry

  • FIRST RESPONDERS
    Provide medical assistance for any medical need or emergency on campus; showing God's love in its truest form through personal touch, compassion, and acceptance.
  • SAFETY TEAM
    Every Sunday and Wednesday, our Safety Team makes sure that we can worship in peace.

Outreach Ministries

  • KITCHEN TEAM
    Want a chance to cook and serve for a ministry, the homeless and those in need, our homebound members, or the church in general? This team is for you!
  • MISSION TEAM
    Looking for a mission opportunity in our community, state, nation or overseas? This team partners with other missionaries from around the world to get the Gospel everywhere.
  • SHARING HOPE AND REACHING PEOPLE
    An opportunity to make a difference in our community. Most Saturdays and Wednesdays, SHRP is on our campus feeding people in need.
